Ausgezeichnet wurden Unternehmen, die aus Sicht ihrer Besch\u00e4ftigten\/Mitarbeitenden eine besonders gute und attraktive Unternehmenskultur und motivierende Rahmenbedingungen bieten.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eGerade in dieser kritischen Corona-Zeit ist eine verbindende Kultur f\u00fcr uns besonders wichtig\u201c, so Isabel de la Cruz \u2013 HR Managerin bei SECUINFRA.<\/p>\n<p>Die Auszeichnung basiert auf einer anonymen und repr\u00e4sentativen Befragung der Mitarbeitenden von SECUINFRA. Themen der Befragung sind unter anderem Vertrauen in die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, Teamgeist, Fairness, Wertsch\u00e4tzung, Respekt sowie Identifikation mit dem Unternehmen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird das Management im Rahmen eines Kultur Audits befragt, welche Ma\u00dfnahmen und Programme zur Gestaltung einer attraktiven Arbeitsplatzkultur aufgelegt wurden. Der Ergebnisse der beiden Befragungen (Great Place to Work\u00ae Mitarbeiterbefragung &amp; Kultur Audit) sind im Verh\u00e4ltnis von 3:1 gewichtet.
