Juni 2022 wird Denise Burkert ab 11:10 Uhr im Rahmen ihres Vortrags beim ITSM Forum \u00fcber diese Fragestellung referieren. Doch sehr schnell stellten wir fest, dass Informationssicherheit weit mehr als nur IT-Sicherheit ist und dass jede Organisationseinheit eine Service-Erbringungs-Organisation ist. Die Governance-, Steuerungs- sowie die Managementprozesse Finance und HR mussten wir erstmalig strukturiert in Form von Richtlinien, Leitlinien, Konzepten und Prozessen abbilden und dokumentieren. Das Wissen aus den K\u00f6pfen der Mitarbeitenden \u00abzu Papier\u00bb zu bringen, sowie unsere gelebte Serviceorientierung stellten dabei die Grundlage f\u00fcr unsere Zielerreichung dar. <strong>Fazit:<\/strong> Wer Services einfach, sicher, verl\u00e4sslich erbringen will, muss Sicherheit leben und dies zuerst in den eigenen vier W\u00e4nden.\u201c<\/p>\n<div class=\"fazit\"><\/p>\n<p>Der Vortrag <strong>ISO 27001 und Service Management &#8211; Kann das gut gehen?<\/strong> wird virtuell einsehbar sein.
