Die Work-Life-Balance wird als einer der entscheidenden Faktoren f\u00fcr Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und mehr Lebensfreude bei Arbeitnehmer:innen gesehen \u2013 und mittlerweile ebenso bei vielen Unternehmens- bzw. Personalverantwortlichen. Vor dem Hintergrund einer Arbeits- und Lebenswelt, die sich dynamisch ver\u00e4ndert, sollten Arbeits- und Privatleben intelligent miteinander verzahnt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bei SECUINFRA wird eine ausgewogene Work-Life-Balance nicht nur durch attraktive Urlaubsregelungen, Research Days, Sabbaticals, flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, standortunabh\u00e4ngiges Arbeiten sowie besonders ausgefallene Teamevents und -reisen gef\u00f6rdert.<\/strong> Am Frankfurter Standort der SECUINFRA besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, Arbeitsalltag und Freizeit auf besondere Art miteinander zu verbinden: Im Stadtteil Bockenheim\/City West k\u00f6nnen alle Mitarbeiter*innen die dort angemietete gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Firmenwohnung nach Absprache bzw. Belegungsplan nutzen. Die Dienstwohnung verfu\u0308gt u\u0308ber drei Schlafzimmer, eine vollausgestattete offene Ku\u0308che, einen Esstisch fu\u0308r bis zu 8 Personen, zwei Ba\u0308der sowie eine gro\u00dfzu\u0308gige Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf die Frankfurter Skyline \u2013 dazu komfortables technisches Equipment wie beispielsweise Waschtrockner und Gasgrill.<\/p>\n<p>Somit ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass dort regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Kolleg*innen aus dem SECUINFRA Cyber Defense Teams f\u00fcr zwei, drei oder auch mehr Tage zusammenkommen, um miteinander an Projekten zu arbeiten, gemeinsame Kundentermine im Frankfurter Raum wahrzunehmen oder aber einfach, um etwas Abwechslung in ihren Arbeitstag zu bringen und ihn gemeinsam miteinander ausklingen zu lassen. In den Sommermonaten bietet die Wohnung dabei einen besonderen Mehrwert durch den atemberaubenden Blick \u00fcber die Skyline Frankfurts. Bei leckerem Barbecue und entspannten Gespr\u00e4chen l\u00e4sst sich der oft beeindruckende Sonnenuntergang bestens beobachten \u2013 und herausfordernde Termine, erfolgreiche Projekte und
