SECUINFRA Cyber Defense experts and the HR team met students and graduates at the career fairs ITS.Connect in Bochum and konaktiva in Darmstadt in the past two weeks. In a relaxed atmosphere, a total of more than 100 conversations took place with interested booth visitors, in which they exchanged information about our company, entry-level opportunities and specific job offers.
Not only the position of cyber defense student trainee met with particular interest, but also the direct entry as cyber defense analyst was in great demand among the booth visitors. In addition to spontaneous discussions, the career fairs also offered the option of arranged individual interviews, in which it was possible to find out directly on the spot whether both sides were a “match” and whether further rounds of talks would follow.
With a good number of applications and contacts, we now move on to the sifting and feedback interviews.
