Faster response to cyber attacks – SECUINFRA partners with Swimlane
Berlin, May 9, 2023: SECUINFRA GmbH, a leading cybersecurity company, announces its partnership with Swimlane, a provider of Security Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR) solutions. With this partnership, SECUINFRA expands its portfolio and provides its customers with an even more efficient and rapid response to security incidents.
“With the increasing number of security incidents and their growing complexity, automated solutions have become essential to respond to threats in a timely and efficient manner,” said Ramon Weil, Founder & CEO of SECUINFRA. “Therefore, we see SOAR as a logical extension of our portfolio to help our customers respond faster to attacks and prevent major damage.”
SOAR is a method for collecting and analyzing security threat data from multiple sources in real time. It can also automate actions to respond to specific security events without human intervention. This makes SOAR an important addition to an organization’s security information and event management (SIEM) system. With the integration of Swimlane, SECUINFRA customers can now not only correlate data from different sources, but also directly link and process it with additional information from external sources. Based on these results, fully and partially automated actions can be triggered to enable a fast and effective response to security incidents. This relieves the burden on security analysts, as they no longer have to spend time on boring standard tasks.
“A SOAR solution is a good complement to SIEM because certain events can be handled immediately according to defined processes, ideally even fully automated,” Weil points out. “Automating such processes mitigates risks and prevents potential alert fatigue among security analysts.” As part of the expansion of its own portfolio, and in addition to its existing partnerships, SECUINFRA evaluated all leading vendors of SOAR solutions and selected Swimlane. “We found Swimlane’s solution to be outstanding and are confident that our customers will benefit tremendously,” said Weil.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Swimlane Inc. is a leading provider of low-code security automation. Swimlane’s platform enables organizations to automate manual security tasks and provides integration with existing security tools to achieve faster response times.
