The award was given to companies that, from the point of view of their employees\/staff, offer a particularly good and attractive corporate culture and motivating framework conditions.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Especially in these critical Corona times, a connecting culture is particularly important for us,&#8221; says Isabel de la Cruz &#8211; HR Manager at SECUINFRA.<\/p>\n<p>The award is based on an anonymous and representative survey of SECUINFRA employees. Topics of the survey are, among others, trust in the management, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect as well as identification with the company. In addition, the management is asked as part of a culture audit which measures and programs have been set up to create an attractive workplace culture. The results of the two surveys (Great Place to Work\u00ae employee survey &amp; culture audit) are weighted at a ratio of 3:1.
