But very quickly we realized that information security is much more than just IT security and that every organizational unit is a service delivery organization. For the first time, we had to map and document the governance, control, and management processes of Finance and HR in a structured way in the form of policies, guidelines, concepts, and processes. Bringing the knowledge from the heads of the employees &#8220;to paper&#8221; and our practiced service orientation were the basis for achieving our goals. Conclusion: If you want to provide services simply, securely and reliably, you have to live and breathe security &#8211; first and foremost within your own four walls.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"fazit\"><\/p>\n<p>The presentation <strong>ISO 27001 and Service Management &#8211; Can it work?<\/strong> will be viewable virtually.
