Good news for SECUINFRA: the company has once again been certified as an “Attractive Employer” by Great Place to Work. This is the fourth time in a row since 2021 that the Berlin-based cyber defense specialist has received the coveted award. Employee satisfaction has always been above 90 percent and has now reached a record level of 94 percent. The evaluation is based on independent, anonymous feedback from employees. In addition, there is an analysis of the measures and programs in the company’s HR work. The “Great Place to Work Certified” certification program stands for a special commitment to shaping workplace culture and is awarded according to a secure procedure.<\/p>\n\n
Ramon Weil, Founder and CEO of SECUINFRA, is delighted with the award for the internationally active research and consulting network: “Our employees are at the heart of everything we do – they are crucial to our business success. The certification shows that we are on the right track and that our employees appreciate this.”<\/p>\n\n
However, Weil does not see the fourth certification, with a further increase in employee satisfaction, as a reason to rest on our laurels: “We want to continue to develop and improve – and the certification provides us with valuable impetus in this regard.” For the company founder, this also includes a lively feedback culture. In recent years, for example, there has been a desire to do even more in the area of preventive healthcare. This was taken as an opportunity to introduce further benefits in addition to the existing offers, such as sponsored premium preventive check-ups<\/a>, Urban Sports memberships<\/a> paid for by SECUINFRA and job bikes.
