A total of around 4,000 medium-sized companies were honored &#8211; from over 210,000 pre-selected and 36,000 analyzed companies.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coveted FOCUS &#8220;Top SME Employer&#8221; seal offers job seekers guidance in choosing the right employer for a successful career. The assessment criteria include fair pay, flexible working hours and an appreciative working atmosphere. <a  href=\"http:\/\/www.focus-business.de\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" dpc-external=\"true\"  target=\"_blank\"  rel=\"nofollow\" >FOCUS-Business<\/a> developed the <a  href=\"https:\/\/focusbusiness.de\/arbeitgeber-mittelstand\/methodik\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" dpc-external=\"true\"  target=\"_blank\"  rel=\"nofollow\" >methodology for compiling the list of recommendations<\/a> together with its research partner FactField, which collects, analyzes and processes the data.
