The NIS-2 Congress<\/a> from 10. to July 11 in Stuttgart is casting its shadow: the agenda and numerous well-known speakers have now been confirmed. SECUINFRA is not only present, but actively supports this event<\/a> as a partner. The aim of the two-day congress is to inform companies about the challenges of the upcoming NIS 2 Directive <\/strong>and to provide them with best practices for its implementation. Accordingly, the range of topics includes not only the new legal requirements, but also an overview of current technologies and services for detecting and defending against cyber attacks<\/strong>. The focus here is on the approximately 30,000 companies in Germany that are classified as material and are affected by the legal requirements. Up to 500 participants are expected over the two days of the conference.<\/p>\n\n

All important aspects of the new legal regulations will be covered in six tracks per day. Keynotes will be given by Patrick Schraut (NTT Data) and Marco Eggerling (Check Point), among others. One of the main topics is of course the NIS 2 Implementation Act, which will be analyzed by Kent Andersson<\/a> and Sascha J\u00e4ger<\/a>, both CEOs of ausecus<\/a>, in separate tracks at the action and process level. Matthias Straub<\/a>, Senior Vice President Cybersecurity Consulting NTT DATA<\/a>, will moderate the panel on suitable measures for prevention, while Ramon Weil<\/a>, Founder & CEO of SECUINFRA, will address the complex of attack detection<\/strong>. David Bischoff, Principal Cyber Defense Consultant at SECUINFRA, provides an overview of technologies and services for efficient attack detection. Wolfgang A. Schmid<\/a>, data protection expert and IT law specialist at SFRP Rechtsanw\u00e4lte<\/a>, takes a close look at the much-discussed liability of directors – and the associated approval, monitoring and training obligations. The moderators will be introduced by Dr. Swantje Westpfahl<\/a>, Director of the Institute for Security and Safety at the AUS Mannheim<\/a>, who, like initiator Johann Miller<\/a>, will guide you through the program.<\/p>\n\n
