Great joy in Cologne: SECUINFRA was awarded the title of “Best Employer Germany 2024” <\/strong>for the third time at the Great Place To Work awards ceremony. This year, the Berlin-based cyber defense specialist took 12th place in the 50 to 100 employees category, making it one of the best employers in the ICT sector and the Berlin-Brandenburg region.<\/p>\n\n

SECUINFRA’s best ranking to date is based, among other things, on the high level of employee satisfaction, which reached a record 94% in this year’s survey. In addition, the ” Great Place to Work<\/a>” award<\/a> documents a special commitment to shaping workplace culture.<\/p>\n\n

“We are very proud of this award, precisely because it is largely based on feedback from our employees,” says Semiramis Savas, HR Manager at SECUINFRA, who accepted the prize at the awards gala together with cyber defense consultant Felix Gutjahr. “Being named Best Employer once again is a great testament to the great people who work in our company and how trusting and motivated they are as a team. At the same time, the underlying surveys and analyses provide us with valuable information on how we can continue to develop and improve.”<\/p>\n\n
