processed efficiently.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the <strong>Cyber Defense Advisor<\/strong> supports the sales team as a technical expert in customer meetings.\nHe presents our service portfolio to potential customers and helps them to find the optimal solutions for their individual needs. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coordination and onboarding<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another key part of this role is coordinating the onboarding of new customers to the <strong>Cyber Detection and Response Center (CDRC)<\/strong>.\nThe Cyber Defense Advisor ensures that the technical and procedural onboarding process runs smoothly and that customers always have a central point of contact. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ongoing consulting and service optimization<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From <strong>onboarding<\/strong> onwards, the Cyber Defense Advisor provides ongoing specialist advice.\nHe supports customers in the technical and procedural <strong>optimization of their systems<\/strong> in regular technical meetings.\nIn addition, service review meetings are held to check and ensure the quality and quantity of services together with the customer.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
