This is the fifth time in a row that the company has received this prestigious award. Particularly impressive: with a participation rate of 94% and an average approval rate of <strong>96%<\/strong> in the employee survey, SECUINFRA has achieved its best result to date &#8211; an increase of 2 percentage points compared to the previous year.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Employee_satisfaction_at_record_level\"><\/span><strong>Employee satisfaction at record level<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An outstanding aspect of the current survey: <strong>100 %<\/strong> of participating employees agreed with the following statement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statement received an equally high level of approval:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I am proud of what we are achieving here together.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SECUINFRA attaches particular importance to creating a positive and sustainable corporate culture. Employees regularly emphasize the <strong>flexibility<\/strong>, <strong>trust<\/strong>, strong <strong>team spirit<\/strong> and popular <strong>social events<\/strong> such as team and Christmas parties.
