The latest certification underlines the <strong>consistently high level of <\/strong>employee <strong>satisfaction <\/strong>and the continuous further development in key cultural and focus areas. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exceptionally_high_participation_and_stable_peak_values\"><\/span>Exceptionally high participation and stable peak values<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The employee survey was conducted over a period of two weeks and once again recorded an exceptionally high participation rate of <strong>93%<\/strong>. The results show a very high and stable level of satisfaction: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>98 percent<\/strong> of participating employees agreed with the statement:<br\/><em>&#8220;All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The average approval rate across all statements &#8211; the so-called &#8220;measured temperature&#8221; &#8211; is <strong>96%<\/strong>, confirming the very high level of the previous year.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particularly noteworthy are <strong>ten statements<\/strong> that achieved <strong>100 percent approval<\/strong>. New additions include the following statements <br\/><em>&#8220;Employees enjoy coming to work.&#8221;<\/em> and<br\/><em>&#8220;I am proud to be able to tell others that I work here.<\/em>&#8220;<br\/>&#8211; a clear signal of further strengthened identification with the company.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strong_cohesion_trust_and_flexibility_as_cultural_constants\"><\/span>Strong cohesion, trust and flexibility as cultural constants<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As in previous years, employees particularly emphasize the strong team spirit and the strong sense of unity at SECUINFRA. The regular (social) events &#8211; including team and company events and Christmas parties &#8211; are also perceived as an important part of the corporate culture. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another key factor remains the high level of trust and flexibility. Based on the feedback from previous years, additional benefits were specifically introduced, which were also rated very positively in the current survey.
