This is the result of a study, now in its second edition, by FOCUS-BUSINESS and the employer rating portal <strong><a  href=\"https:\/\/www.kununu.com\/de\/secuinfra\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" dpc-external=\"true\"  target=\"_blank\"  rel=\"nofollow\" >kununu<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nIn today\u2019s world, companies need to be particularly creative in order to find and retain qualified employees.
