This year, we were once again certified as an “Attractive Employer” by Great Place to Work®. This is the fifth time in a row that the company has received this prestigious award. Particularly impressive: with a participation rate of 94% and an average approval rate of 96% in the employee survey, SECUINFRA has achieved its best result to date – an increase of 2 percentage points compared to the previous year.
Employee satisfaction at record level
An outstanding aspect of the current survey: 100 % of participating employees agreed with the following statement:
“All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work.”
The statement received an equally high level of approval:
“I am proud of what we are achieving here together.”
