Successful training measures in the 1st half of 2021.
All SECUINFRA employees attended training or advanced training in H1 2021. The largest training activity included various cyber security trainings from the world’s leading SANS Institute.
Due to COVID-19, all SANS trainings were held “on demand” since March 2020. Here, there was a face-to-face live stream that allowed all participants to gather in a virtual classroom and the instructor taught live via streaming. Even though this form of training worked without a hitch, SECUINFRA employees prefer to rely on face-to-face events. According to the SANS Institute, these are to be held again in Europe from July 2021.
As a customer and service-oriented company, we are characterized by our employees. They are the ones who are in contact with our customers and partners every day. For us, successful HR work therefore means offering our employees the best possible development opportunities. On the one hand, to expand our professional expertise. On the other hand, however, because we focus on a long-term cooperation that is satisfactory for both sides.
By training our employees, we strengthen our company both externally and internally. On the one hand, the qualifications of our employees determine the performance of our company. The demands on expert knowledge and professional competence are increasing, and technical and infrastructural challenges are changing. We take this into account with qualified further training. At the same time, the satisfaction of the individual employee motivates our commitment to further education and training.
