Work-life balance at SECUINFRA – with the job comes the fun!
A healthy balance between private and professional life is important. Work-life balance is seen as one of the decisive factors for health, well-being and more enjoyment of life among employees – and now also among many company and personnel managers. Against the background of a dynamically changing world of work and life, work and private life should be intelligently interlinked.

At SECUINFRA’s Frankfurt location, there is the opportunity to combine work and leisure in a special way: In the Bockenheim/City West district, all employees can use the spacious company flat rented there by arrangement or according to an occupancy plan. The company flat has three bedrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table for up to 8 people, two bathrooms and a spacious roof terrace with a view of the Frankfurt skyline – plus convenient technical equipment such as a washer-dryer and gas grill.
It is therefore not surprising that colleagues from the SECUINFRA Cyber Defense teams regularly come together there for two, three or even more days to work together on projects, to attend joint customer meetings in the Frankfurt area or simply to bring some variety into their working day and to let it end together. In the summer months, the flat offers a special added value with its breathtaking view of the Frankfurt skyline. The often impressive sunset can be perfectly observed over a delicious barbecue and relaxed conversations – and challenging appointments, successful projects and presentations are brought to a fitting conclusion within the team.
