Company run, beach volleyball, office inauguration and more – Our team event in Berlin!
Finally the time had come: From 30.6. to 3.7. our team event in Berlin including families took place in the most beautiful summer weather. This time with a particularly varied program that left nothing to be desired. Whether on the asphalt, on the beach or on the water – a favorite sporting discipline was found in this selection for almost all participants.
The first event was the IKK BB Berlin company run on June 29, in which seven SECUINFRA team members took part. Highlights of the attractive 5.5-kilometer course included the Tiergarten, the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Victory Column. For the 20th anniversary edition, the organizers also came up with something special. For every kilometer run, 25 cents were donated to the “Stiftung RTL – Wir helfen Kindern e.V.” foundation. In this way, a five-digit euro amount was raised.
The team ended the evening with a relaxed beach volleyball tournament.
Friday was planned as a meeting day. Besides interesting presentations and updates about SECUINFRA, awards and promotions of some employees were on the agenda. The evening was dedicated to the inauguration of the Berlin office at Stefan-Heym-Platz on the 13th floor. In addition to cocktails as desired, a flying buffet ensured the well-being of all guests – the party did not break up until well after midnight.
On Saturday, all participants of the event met at the traditional Rüdersdorfer Ruderverein Kalkberge e. V., of which SECUINFRA has been the main sponsor of the Rowing Bundesliga eight since 2014. Those who liked explored the beautiful Kalkbergsee by boat, but also Rüderdorf was still explored in detail – by digital scavenger hunt.
