SECUINFRA’s management has granted procuration to Anke Vulprecht-Weil, responsible for Finance & HR, and Martin Ullrich, Head of Cyber Defense Consulting. Both have been working for SECUINFRA for many years and have made a significant contribution to the successful further development of our company through their extensive expertise as well as their cooperative and responsible behavior.
The appointment of Anke Vulprecht-Weil and Martin Ullrich as authorized signatories (Prokura) serves to ensure that they act appropriately in their respective areas of responsibility and is at the same time an expression of the high level of trust in their work for SECUINFRA.The Prokura was granted with effect from February 01, 2022.
