From July 24 to 27, 2025, we at SECUINFRA left our digital realms and immersed ourselves in an analog world of experience – embedded in the breathtaking natural scenery of the Lüneburg Heide. Under the motto “Out of the (home) office, into the team feeling”, we experienced four extraordinary days full of exchange, energy and shared perspectives.
A place with a view: Hotelcamp Reinsehlen
We deliberately chose the stylish Hotelcamp Reinsehlen in Schneverdingen – a hideaway in the middle of nature that offered the ideal setting with its clear architecture and the vastness of the Lüneburger Heide: for productive meetings, unforgettable experiences and genuine encounters.
Arrive & kick off in a relaxed atmosphere
The first day was all about arriving. Together with colleagues, families and accompanying persons, we started the long weekend with a convivial dinner. Old contacts were refreshed and new ones made – the foundations were laid for a strong sense of togetherness.
Focus, expertise & enjoyment of nature
On Friday, we looked inwards – and forwards. The internal meeting day was packed with groundbreaking ideas from all areas of the company:
- Managing Director Ramon opened the event with an inspiring keynote speech.
- This was followed by exciting contributions from consulting, service, sales and marketing.
- Specialist presentations on topics such as risk management, forensic analytics and automation provided in-depth insights into current projects and developments.
- The ISMS awareness training rounded off the top-class program.
At the same time, our companions were not neglected: whether on a carriage ride through the Lündburger Heide, playing boules or on a bike – there was something for everyone.
In the evening, we rounded off the day in style with Aperol, a pasta buffet and crackling fire bowls.
Creativity, competition & summer feeling
Saturday belonged to the team – full of energy and a pinch of sporting ambition.
- In the morning, we competed against each other in alternating groups in the “Heide Challenge” – with skill, humor and team spirit.
- Lunch was followed by the Soapbox Grand Prix – a creative highlight with a high fun factor, an innovative tinkering spirit and lots of cheering along the track.
Afterwards, the camp was transformed into a chill-out zone with an XXL play area – perfect for sharing, relaxing and spontaneous activities.
The day ended as it began: together. This time with a BBQ in the open air, accompanied by conversations around the campfire and the smell of stick bread in the air.
Farewell with vision
After a final breakfast together, it was time to say goodbye – with the good feeling of having come even closer together as a team. The check-out was official, but the impressions linger on.
An experience that lasts
The SECUINFRA Summer Event 2025 was more than just a break from everyday office life – it was an investment in our strongest asset: ourselves as a team. In an industry that is developing rapidly, we consciously focus on exchange, trust and collaboration.
Whether at the specialist lecture, the soapbox race or over coffee by the fire bowl – we proved once again that we can do more: Cyber Defense can do more.
Thank you to all colleagues, family members and partners who made this event what it was: four days that will last. A team that grows. A mission that unites. We start the next stage with a tailwind from the Lüneburger Heide – ready for whatever comes next.
