The requirements for IT security in companies are increasing rapidly – and with them the need to train qualified specialists who are able to effectively counter sophisticated cyber threats. With the Red & Blue Alliance, three specialized companies in the German cybersecurity landscape are forming a strategic partnership that addresses precisely this issue: the interface between theory and practice, offense and defense, training and real operational capability.
Offense meets defense – at eye level
The Red & Blue Alliance is a joint project of SECUINFRA, Exploit Labs and ManufakturIT – three players with many years of complementary experience in cyber defense, penetration testing and practical IT training. The aim is not only to train specialists, but also to prepare them for real attack scenarios in a targeted and measurable way – both on the offensive and defensive side.
The focus is on an innovative training concept that combines the methodology of Red Teams (attacker perspective) and Blue Teams (defense perspective) in five-day intensive conferences. The training courses are based on globally recognized OffSec certifications and follow a clear principle: learning by understanding, deepening and applying – with a focus on realistic scenarios and individual support.
Two conferences, many options – practical and certified
The first two conferences have already been scheduled:
- Frankfurt am Main, December 1-5, 2025
→ Trainings: OSDA (SOC-200) & OSWA (WEB-200) - Munich, April 20-24, 2026
→ Trainings: OSIR (IR-200), OSTH (TH-200), OSWE (WEB-300) or OCSP+ (PEN-200)
During the day, participants will complete their respective OffSec training courses in specialized tracks, led by experienced trainers. In the evening, the focus is on knowledge transfer between Red and Blue – in interactive sessions that deliberately bring together both perspectives. This creates a learning environment that not only prepares participants for exams, but also promotes skills that make the difference in an emergency.
