Orlando, October 27 – 29, 2025 – Three intensive days in the heart of Florida have shown one thing: The challenges in cyber security are growing – but so is the will to meet them with a clear compass, networked knowledge and technological finesse. SECUINFRA was on site at InfoSec World 2025, probably the most influential conference for security managers worldwide. What did we take away? Inspiration that will last. Contacts that strengthen. And ideas that work.
Where vision meets reality
InfoSec World has been bringing together the who’s who of the cybersecurity industry for over 30 years – this year at Disney’s impressive Coronado Springs Resort. The conference is not just a stage for new technologies, but a platform for serious dialog about security strategies that have to prove themselves in the real world.
Whether Fortune 500 CISO or middle management specialist – the professional exchange took place at eye level. For SECUINFRA, this was the perfect setting in which to contribute our expertise and at the same time gain new perspectives.
AI in focus: between game changer and gray area
One of the major topics at this year’s conference was artificial intelligence as a driver – and potential weak point – of modern security architectures. In numerous sessions, it became clear how rapidly AI-supported solutions are developing: automated threat detection, predictive analytics, adaptive incident response – much of what was theory just a few years ago is now productive everyday life.
But as the speed increases, so does the complexity. The issues of transparency, traceability and potential for misuse have been openly addressed – a debate that we at SECUINFRA are following with great interest. Because we believe that only those who understand the opportunities and risks in equal measure can use AI responsibly and effectively in cyber security.
Between technology and team spirit: People as a safety factor
The presence of a topic that is rarely discussed so openly at IT conferences was both surprising and encouraging: mental stress and burnout in the cyber defense environment. A presentation that sticks with you. Because it reminds us that people are the backbone of any security strategy – and that sustainable protection is not only created by systems, but also by healthy, resilient teams.
This holistic view of security – from zero trust to compliance and human security – runs like a common thread through InfoSec World 2025 and is in line with our own philosophy: technology is important. But real security can only be achieved in combination with experience, attitude and responsibility.
SECUINFRA: Visible, networked, future-oriented
Our presence at InfoSec World was not a compulsory event – it was a statement. A statement for international networking, for knowledge transfer at the highest level and for the claim to not only think along, but to help shape.
Also on board: new contacts with top-class experts, direct insights into global security trends and, last but not least, concrete ideas on how we can further sharpen our services in the area of cyber defense.
This trip to Orlando was not a short visit – it was part of our strategic focus on combining European expertise with international vision.
Conclusion: The future does not happen. It is made.
InfoSec World 2025 has confirmed to us that cyber security is more than ever an integral part of corporate resilience – not as an add-on, but as a foundation. We are returning with fresh perspectives, new energy – and with the clear goal of translating what we have experienced into concrete added value for our customers.
