Kununu Top Company 2024: SECUINFRA honored again

SECUINFRA has once again been recognized as a Top Company 2024 by the employer rating platform kununu – for the third time in a row. The award is based on independent assessments by employees. This makes the cyber defense specialist one of the companies with the best working environment in Germany. SECUINFRA receives excellent ratings in the categories “Career & Salary”, “Corporate Culture”, “Work Environment” and “Diversity”: Since 2015, 94 employees and applicants have rated SECUINFRA with an average of 4.6 points (out of a possible 5). This value is higher than the average for the IT sector (4 points) and is well above the minimum requirement of 3.8 points for the coveted seal.

Ramon Weil, Founder and CEO of SECUINFRA, is delighted with this high employee score: “We are a young, highly specialized and owner-managed company. As such, we want to offer all employees the best possible working environment. This not only includes above-average performance-related salaries and attractive arrangements for company cars, rail cards, working hours and vacation, but also special benefits such as premium preventive medical check-ups, paid Urban Sports memberships and job bikes.” According to Weil, the company is also trying to continuously improve: “We take suggestions from the workforce and implement them. The fact that our employees appreciate this effort so much is a great endorsement.”

“We congratulate SECUINFRA on receiving the Top Company Seal 2024,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “The award is presented to employers with particularly good ratings on kununu. As only around five percent of companies meet the qualification criteria, this is a very select group. Employers who are awarded the seal are not only characterized by recognition and appreciation, but also send a strong signal to talented people who are looking for the right company,” Zimmermann continues.
