Magic Moments in Berlin: SECUINFRA Team visits the Festival of Lights
From October 7-16, the 18th Festival of Lights enchanted Berlin under the motto “Visions of our Future”. Numerous buildings and squares in the capital, including Charlottenburger Schloß, Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Bebelplatz, Lustgarten, Nikolaiviertel, Berlin TV Tower and many more were bathed in radiant light, as they are every year at this time. This year, the event involves about 35 Berlin venues and offers a colorful, impressive program with about 70 light artworks.
Also some members of the SECUINFRA Cyber Defense Service Team did not miss this special event and visited their personal choice of illuminated places. Our picture selection below shows where our colleagues were drawn to. Berlin connoisseurs will certainly recognize the places despite the exotic appearance!
Good to know:
As a format that requires electricity, event organizers have a special responsibility in these times. That’s why we have developed a New Edition that reduces power consumption by 75% compared to previous years. Each location will nevertheless be staged in a particularly colorful, diverse and imaginative way. Either with several 3D video mappings or with light sculptures, which need only little electricity thanks to LED technology.
