This means that SECUINFRA has been one of the best employers in Germany without interruption since 2018. The Focus study determines the TOP employers of medium-sized companies based in Germany on the basis of a large-scale survey by FactField GmbH.

About Focus Studie „Top Arbeitgeber Mittelstand“
The top list from FOCUS-BUSINESS and research partner FactField GmbH provides a detailed overview of the approximately 4,000 best employers in Germany in 2023, broken down by industry and region.
The ranking includes companies that belong to the German SME sector, i.e. employ between 11 and 500 people and are located in Germany. The survey was based on almost 340,000 evaluations by employees from 35,000 companies. The underlying assessment criteria included, for example, the working atmosphere, work-life balance, salary level and corporate policy. The decisive factor for the independent award is the average rating and the number of all ratings received.
