The air was filled with pre-Christmas anticipation as the large SECUINFRA family gathered for our annual Christmas party at the Frankfurt office last week. As soon as we entered the festively decorated office, it was clear that this evening was going to be special.
Our colleagues from all corners of Germany – and even beyond – came together to bring the year 2024 to a fitting close. Of course, there was plenty of food and drink on offer: from hearty treats to sweet temptations from Emil Reimann. Glasses of fragrant mulled wine and sparkling drinks were also served, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
The magic of Secret Santa
A special highlight of the office party was the traditional Secret Santa gift exchange. Whether funny surprises, thoughtful little things or the odd affectionate side blow – the gifts brought many a laugh and beaming faces.
An evening with a view
After a successful start in the office, we made our way in a small, festive parade to the second location of the evening: the impressive Main Tower. Once there, we were greeted not only by a breathtaking view over Frankfurt at night, but also by an elegant ballroom that was perfect for the occasion.
Ramon, our founder and CEO, opened the evening with a short but heartfelt speech. In his words, he reviewed the successful year, thanked the team for their tireless commitment and gave a motivating outlook for the coming year. And that was not all: some of our colleagues were ceremoniously promoted – a moment that was celebrated with thunderous applause and many congratulations.
Culinary delights and good conversation
Another highlight of the evening was the exquisite 5-course menu, which was both a culinary and visual delight. While we indulged ourselves from one course to the next, lively conversations and lively gatherings took place at the tables.
Whether in-depth discussions about the latest cybersecurity trends, shared laughter about internal running gags or honest compliments for this year’s Wichtel creativity – this evening showed how strongly our team has grown together.
A pre-Christmas atmosphere that lasts
The evening in the Main Tower ended just as it had begun: in the best of spirits and with a feeling of solidarity that will sustain us throughout the year. It was a celebration full of warmth, appreciation and joy – exactly what the pre-Christmas season is all about.
