Another step towards more sustainability and efficiency: SECUINFRA switches to digital business cards

Did you know? An incredible 88% of printed office documents, including business cards, end up in the trash within a few days. Not exactly sustainable when you consider the amount of resources required to create print products. This fact is just one more reason for SECUINFRA’s management to now take another sustainable step in their digitization strategy and say goodbye to paper business cards altogether.

“By switching to digital business cards, we not only reduce our carbon footprint, but also increase our efficiency at the same time,” says Ramon Weil, Founder and CEO of SECUINFRA.

Investing time and money to adjust phone numbers or job titles of employees is now a thing of the past at SECUINFRA, as the digital business card can be easily updated. The digital profiles of all employees can be centrally managed and new ones added via a management platform.

How do digital business cards work?

With a digital business card, employees can easily share a link to their profile with all contact details and other information via a QR code. The QR code can then be shared via email signature, video call background, cell phone background or many other ways to share contact information electronically. Just like a traditional business card – but without the hassle of typing and wasting resources.
