Cyber security meets automotive elegance
On March 18, 2025, SECUINFRA was one of only two sponsors at the Elastic Roadshow Düsseldorf. The event took place in the unique Classic Remise Düsseldorf – an event location that combines classic cars and modern technology in a fascinating way.
Despite the automotive focus, the roadshow was a real highlight for all participants – even for those who are less enthusiastic about classic vehicles. The mix of exciting specialist presentations, networking opportunities and an exceptional atmosphere made the event a complete success.
SECUINFRA only had limited presentation space – a roll-up and a high table for consultations – but this was more than enough to enter into dialog with trade visitors.
David’s presentation: SIEM in the course of time
One of the absolute highlights of the event was the specialist presentation by David from SECUINFRA entitled:
“Purposes of modern SIEM systems: Log-based attack detection through the ages”
With an in-depth look at the evolution of SIEM systems, David illustrated how the threat landscape has changed in recent years and how modern security approaches can help companies to detect and prevent cyberattacks at an early stage. Particularly exciting was his analysis of how traditional, rule-based detection methods are being supplemented by AI-supported and behavior-based technologies – a topic that was met with great interest by the audience.
The lecture was very well attended and the lecture room was quickly filled with around 60 participants. The numerous questions and subsequent discussions showed that the topic met with a great response and that the participants were able to take away valuable ideas for their own IT security strategy.
An event with a special flair
In addition to the informative presentations, the roadshow also offered an extraordinary supporting program. The guided tour of the Classic Remise gave participants an exciting insight into the world of historic vehicles and their stories. This was an impressive experience even for technically oriented visitors without a great interest in automobiles.
Another highlight was the high-quality buffet, which provided the ideal setting for further technical discussions. Although the seating arrangement meant that direct access to the SECUINFRA stand was limited during the meal, we were still able to hold some intensive and high-quality discussions with customers and interested parties.
Conclusion: A successful presentation with valuable insights
The Elastic Roadshow Düsseldorf 2025 was a complete success for SECUINFRA. The event provided an excellent opportunity to:
- To further strengthen the partnership relationship with Elastic
- Establish new contacts with customers and interested parties
- Presenting your own expertise in the field of cyber defense
- Provide valuable input on modern SIEM strategies and log-based attack detection
SECUINFRA will continue to actively participate in such industry events in the future in order to present innovative security solutions and further intensify the exchange with experts.
