A significant milestone in the company’s history: SECUINFRA GmbH, a leading specialist in the detection, analysis and defense against cyber attacks since 2010, will now operate under the umbrella of the newly founded SECUINFRA Cyber Defense AG. With a founding capital of 1.5 million euros, the new stock corporation marks the starting point of an ambitious growth strategy – “Cyber Defense. Made in Germany.” is to become an international mark of quality.
“With the founding of SECUINFRA Cyber Defense AG, we are taking the next step on our way to becoming the leading German cyber defense company,” explains Ramon Weil, founder and CEO of SECUINFRA GmbH and future CEO of the new holding company.
Foundation for international success
SECUINFRA Cyber Defense AG is the head of a new holding structure under which the existing SECUINFRA GmbH and future national companies will be bundled. The aim is to establish an internationally active cyber defense champion with German roots – agile, competent and independent.
The course has been set: SECUINFRA already has customers and teams in Germany, Austria and Denmark. The establishment of independent national companies in these markets is planned for 2026. At the same time, preparations are being made for a presence in Sweden – a corresponding expansion announcement was already made in April 2025. Norway, Finland, Iceland and Switzerland are also on the company’s expansion map.
Another strong signal: in spring 2025, SECUINFRA took part in the renowned GISEC in Dubai for the first time – a clear signal to the GCC states and a visible commitment to a global presence.
Sustainable growth instead of a quick exit
Despite the ambitious plans, SECUINFRA remains true to its DNA: organic growth without external investors. “We are continuing to grow, but as always with caution, step by step and without external investors. Because building a globally successful company is not a sprint, but a marathon,” emphasizes Ramon Weil.
