Great Place to Work® 2025: SECUINFRA confirms high employee satisfaction and strong corporate culture

SECUINFRA was once again named a “Great Place to Work®” in 2025, once again confirming its claim to not only be a technological leader in the field of cyber defense, but also to live a reliable and value-oriented corporate culture as an employer. The latest certification underlines the consistently high level of employee satisfaction and the continuous further development in key cultural and focus areas.

Exceptionally high participation and stable peak values

The employee survey was conducted over a period of two weeks and once again recorded an exceptionally high participation rate of 93%. The results show a very high and stable level of satisfaction:

98 percent of participating employees agreed with the statement:
“All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work.”

The average approval rate across all statements – the so-called “measured temperature” – is 96%, confirming the very high level of the previous year.

Particularly noteworthy are ten statements that achieved 100 percent approval. New additions include the following statements
“Employees enjoy coming to work.” and
“I am proud to be able to tell others that I work here.
– a clear signal of further strengthened identification with the company.

Strong cohesion, trust and flexibility as cultural constants

As in previous years, employees particularly emphasize the strong team spirit and the strong sense of unity at SECUINFRA. The regular (social) events – including team and company events and Christmas parties – are also perceived as an important part of the corporate culture.

Another key factor remains the high level of trust and flexibility. Working from anywhere and at any time is firmly established and is valued by the workforce as an essential basis for personal responsibility, motivation and a good work-life balance.

Feedback as a driver for concrete improvements

SECUINFRA sees the results of the Great Place to Work® surveys as a continuous impetus for further development. Based on the feedback from previous years, additional benefits were specifically introduced, which were also rated very positively in the current survey. These include, among others:

  • JobRad
  • Urban Sports
  • Helios Premium Check-Up for extended preventive healthcare

These measures illustrate our commitment to taking employee feedback seriously and translating it into sustainable improvements.

Reliable employer quality with clear future aspirations

The renewed “Great Place to Work® 2025” award confirms the high quality of the workplace culture at SECUINFRA. At the same time, the company sees the results as an incentive to further consolidate existing strengths and consistently exploit new development potential.

SECUINFRA thus stands for a clear stance: sustainable cyber defense is based on trust, responsibility and people who are committed – today and in the future.
