On May 6, 2025, Ruhr-Universität Bochum once again opened its doors for ITS.Connect – Germany’s leading career fair in the field of IT security. SECUINFRA was an enthusiastic exhibitor and took the opportunity to offer dedicated young talents an authentic insight into the world of cyber defense.
ITS.Connect: The bridge between theory and practice
Since its foundation in 2008, ITS.Connect has established itself as a central platform for networking students, graduates and companies in the field of IT security. With around 500 participants every year, the trade fair offers ideal conditions for a direct exchange between young professionals and potential employers.
As the largest educational institution in IT security with around 1,000 students, Ruhr-Universität Bochum is a pioneer and leader in Europe – half of all ITS graduates in Germany study here.
SECUINFRA: Cyber Defense. Made in Germany.
SECUINFRA has been supporting companies in the early detection, analysis and defense against cyber attacks since 2010. With services such as Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Incident Response, we ensure that cyberattacks are detected and averted at an early stage before major damage occurs.
At ITS.Connect, SECUINFRA not only presented its innovative services, but also a wide range of entry opportunities for young IT talents – whether as an intern, working student or as part of a thesis. The team was on hand to answer questions and provide an authentic insight into everyday working life.
Inspiring encounters and strong perspectives
ITS.Connect 2025 was a complete success for SECUINFRA. The numerous discussions with motivated students and graduates showed that interest in cyber defense is unbroken. SECUINFRA is looking forward to welcoming some of these talents to the team soon and working together to make the digital future more secure.
