March 20, 2025 was an evening full of emotion, pride and inspiration: At the festive Great Place to Work® Gala in the breathtaking Flora in Cologne, SECUINFRA was officially recognized as one of the best employers in Germany – with a sensational 4th place in the category “Germany’s Best Employers 2025”!
After an already impressive 12th place in 2024, we, SECUINFRA, as a company specializing in cyber defense, were able to significantly improve once again this year and are now one of the absolute top employers in Germany.
A recognition that inspires – and obliges
The award is the result of a multi-stage and independent evaluation process by Great Place to Work®. Anonymized feedback from employees and an in-depth analysis of the corporate culture are taken into account in equal measure. Criteria such as credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit play a central role – and this is precisely where SECUINFRA was able to impress in every respect.
