Yesterday, SECUINFRA took part in the eco New Year’s Reception 2026 at the eco capital city office in Berlin. As part of the internet and digital economy community, leading players from politics, business and society met there to focus on topics and trends for the new year – an ideal environment for an intensive exchange on IT security and resilient digital infrastructure.
Our CEO Ramon Weil and Marketing Director Thomas Bode used the evening to position SECUINFRA as a competent partner for cyber defense consulting and to hold valuable discussions with decision-makers and industry colleagues.
The reception was opened by a welcoming speech from Oliver Süme, CEO of eco – Association of the Internet Industry, who emphasized the relevance of joining forces in the digital transformation. In addition, the event offered political perspectives with impulses from Gitta Connemann, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, and Thomas Jarzombek, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister for Digitalization and State Modernization.

The eco New Year’s Reception impressed with its mix of technical depth, political relevance and personal networking – ideal conditions for further advancing forward-looking topics such as cyber defense, resilience of critical infrastructures and digital sovereignty.
