SECUINFRA is one of the winners of this year’s Great Place to Work® competition Best Employers in ICT (Information and Communication Technology).
This was announced today by the globally operating Great Place to Work® Institute. The award was given to companies that, from the point of view of their employees/staff, offer a particularly good and attractive corporate culture and motivating framework conditions.
“Especially in these critical Corona times, a connecting culture is particularly important for us,” says Isabel de la Cruz – HR Manager at SECUINFRA.
The award is based on an anonymous and representative survey of SECUINFRA employees. Topics of the survey are, among others, trust in the management, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect as well as identification with the company. In addition, the management is asked as part of a culture audit which measures and programs have been set up to create an attractive workplace culture. The results of the two surveys (Great Place to Work® employee survey & culture audit) are weighted at a ratio of 3:1. The focus is therefore on the evaluation by employees.
