We are proud to announce the next strategic milestone in our company’s development: The division of our Cyber Detection & Response Center (CDRC) into two specialized teams working 24/7. This step is a direct response to our dynamic growth and the increasing number of customers in the Managed Detection & Response (MDR) sector.
As a leading provider of cyber defense services, we have seen enormous growth in the area of Managed Detection & Response (MDR) in recent years. In order to keep pace with this growth and continue to guarantee the highest quality of service, we have divided our CDRC into two dedicated teams, each working in shifts around the clock, 365 days a year.
1. focus on Microsoft MDR – dedicated Microsoft 24/7 CDRC team
For customers who rely on Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel, we have set up an independent 24/7 CDRC team. This team consists of highly qualified analysts who focus exclusively on detecting, analyzing and defending against cyber attacks in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Through this specialization, we ensure that threats to customers with a focus on Microsoft cloud environments are not only detected more quickly, but also defended against more efficiently and in a more targeted manner. Our analysts are not only absolute Microsoft experts, but also have in-depth technical understanding and operational experience in detecting, analyzing and defending against cyber attacks.
2. additional 24/7 CDRC team for all other technologies – from Elastic to Palo Alto
In parallel, we have established a second specialized CDRC team dedicated 24/7 to monitoring and defending customer environments using non-Microsoft-based security solutions. This team covers technologies such as Elastic, Splunk, Palo Alto, and other EDR, NDR and SIEM platforms. Here too, our experts work around the clock in shifts to ensure continuous monitoring and rapid response to security incidents.
