The award is based on the independent assessments of our employees and applicants. With an average score of 4.7 out of a possible 5 points, we are well above the IT industry average of 4 points. We also clearly exceed the minimum requirement of 3.8 points for the kununu seal. In the categories “Career & Salary”, “Corporate Culture”, “Working Environment” and “Diversity” in particular, we once again achieved outstanding ratings. Since 2015, a total of 104 employees and applicants have shared their experiences on kununu, confirming the consistently high quality of our working environment.
