Bosch CyberCompare Security Days 2025 – Review of two inspiring days in Ludwigsburg

CyberCompare Security Days

On April 2 and 3, 2025, SECUINFRA took part in the CyberCompare Security Days at the Reithaus Ludwigsburg – an event that has established itself as an outstanding platform for the exchange of knowledge, strategies and best practices in the cybersecurity industry.

The event, organized by Bosch CyberCompare, impressed with its professional organization, excellent presentations and interactive formats. More than 15 interactive sessions and over a dozen renowned speakers offered a multifaceted view of the current challenges and solutions in the field of cyber defense.

A key topic was the role of artificial intelligence in the threat landscape – with exciting insights into the opportunities, risks and limitations of this technology. The presentation by Dr. Tanja Rückert, CDO of Robert Bosch GmbH, was particularly impressive as she showed how AI is increasingly shaping the cyber security strategies of globally active companies.

The provocative and humorous presentation by Linus Neumann, who entertainingly put his finger on the wounds of misguided security strategies in his talk “How to blow an entire IT security budget without attackers noticing”, provided just as much food for thought.

Socially and economically relevant topics were not left out either: Katharina Sook Hee Koch from the BSI spoke impressively about the threat situation for medium-sized companies in Germany and appealed for a realistic assessment of one’s own threat situation.

SECUINFRA took the opportunity to enter into dialog with industry peers, exchange experiences and gain new impetus for the further development of its own security services – particularly in the areas of SOC, MDR and incident response.

Special praise goes to the organizers of CyberCompare for the well thought-out communication before and during the event as well as for the appealing visual and organizational design. And not forgetting the excellent catering – an all-round successful event, also in culinary terms.

SECUINFRA draws a thoroughly positive conclusion and would like to thank all participants for two inspiring days full of professional exchange, new contacts and practical impulses. Participating in the CyberCompare Security Days 2025 was not only a benefit for our network, but also a further step towards actively shaping cyber security in Germany together with strong partners.
