SECUINFRA listed as a qualified APT response service provider by the BSI – a milestone for our cyber defense expertise
We are pleased to announce a significant recognition for our work: SECUINFRA GmbH has been officially added to the list of qualified APT response service providers of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). This award is not only a milestone for us as a company, but also a strong sign of confidence in our expertise in dealing with highly complex cyber threats and in particular in the area of defense against and management of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT).
The BSI maintains a list of service providers that meet special requirements for responding to APT attacks. These service providers support companies and government institutions in fending off ongoing or past cyber attacks and minimizing their impact. The current list, as of March 28, 2025, is available on the BSI website.
Official recognition by the BSI – trust in quality, reliability and expertise
SECUINFRA’s inclusion in the list of qualified APT response service providers of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) confirms our outstanding expertise in the field of cyber defense.
This was preceded by a multi-stage test procedure in which we demonstrated our technical excellence, our 24/7 operational capability and our high standards in handling sensitive data.
Our expertise in forensic analysis and incident response was particularly convincing – key skills when it comes to effectively detecting and defending against sophisticated attacks (APT).
For SECUINFRA, the BSI qualification is more than just a seal of approval: it stands for our ongoing commitment to making organizations more resilient against cyber threats – with the highest quality standards and maximum reliability.
Our mission: Protection against targeted cyberattacks at the highest level
Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) represent one of the greatest challenges for companies today, especially for operators of critical infrastructures. As a qualified APT response service provider, we are now officially authorized to act as a trusted partner at the side of affected organizations in the event of an emergency. This involves not only acute response measures, but also preventive preparation and sustainable restoration of IT security.
Our services encompass far more than traditional incident response: with an experienced team of over 80 cyber defense specialists – including malware analysts, forensic experts, crisis managers and SOC experts – we operate two redundantly designed Cyber Detection & Response Centers that are available to our customers around the clock. Our technical infrastructure, including a modern IT forensics laboratory, enables us to analyze even the most sophisticated malware and seamlessly document security-related incidents.
Quality you can rely on – Made in EU
The BSI’s requirements are high – and rightly so. In addition to technical excellence, location and certification criteria also count: Our headquarters are located in the EU, our processes are certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and our internal security standards are among the strictest in the industry.
The fact that we are now listed as a qualified APT response service provider underlines the trust that the BSI places in our work. This recognition confirms our many years of expertise in dealing with highly complex IT security incidents. For us, this is an honor – but also an incentive to continue setting standards.
On course for growth since 2010 – with a passion for cyber security
Since our foundation in 2010, we have consistently specialized in the detection, analysis and defense against cyber attacks. Today, we are one of the leading cybersecurity service providers in the German-speaking world. With solutions such as Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and comprehensive Incident Response (IR) services, we help companies of all sizes to strengthen their digital resilience in the long term.
Our strategy is clear: we rely on the best available technologies, continuous further training for our experts and working in partnership with our customers. This is the only way we can work together to counter the increasingly complex threat scenario.
Working together for more cyber resilience in Germany
We see our inclusion in the BSI list as both a vote of confidence and an obligation. As an official APT Response Partner, we make an active contribution to Germany’s digital sovereignty. After all, cyber attacks do not stop at company borders – this makes it all the more important to have a network of qualified, reliable players who can act immediately in an emergency.
We at SECUINFRA are ready – for you, for the security of your systems and for the future of the digital infrastructure in Germany.
