What do people who protect companies from cyberattacks every day need? A work environment that supports them, fosters their growth, and strengthens collaboration. That’s what we’re committed to. We are all the more pleased to have been recognized as one of Berlin’s best employers for 2026 in the study “Berlin’s Best: Employers and Training Companies 2026.” Our inclusion in the list of results highlights this success.
The Schad Institute for Social Sciences conducted the study on behalf of the Tagesspiegel. More than 500 companies participated; 123 were recognized as top employers. The assessment was based on a structured self-assessment questionnaire covering topics such as work-time arrangements, occupational health and safety, benefits, “New Work,” equal opportunity, and professional development. Companies that achieved at least 70 percent of the possible score received an award. The results are listed alphabetically and do not constitute a ranking. Details about the study in the Tagesspiegel.
For us, an attractive work environment takes concrete form: intensive onboarding, mentoring during the first year, and regular continuing education, training, and conference attendance. In addition, we offer flexible work hours and the option to work remotely in coordination with colleagues and clients. Team-building events create opportunities for personal interaction and strengthen cohesion across locations. This is how we combine challenging tasks in cyber defense with reliable support and professional growth opportunities. Learn more about working at SECUINFRA.
In cyber defense in particular, we believe that professional excellence and effective collaboration go hand in hand. Sharing knowledge, openly addressing questions, and taking responsibility strengthen the entire team. An environment that fosters this mindset is, for us, an essential prerequisite for working together effectively.
We are proud of this award and would like to thank all our colleagues who shape SECUINFRA with their expertise, dedication, and teamwork. This success encourages us to continue developing our work culture and to provide our people with the support they need to grow both professionally and personally.
