Top marks for SECUINFRA: The Berlin-based cyber defence specialist has been awarded the title of “Top Employer for SMEs 2024” following repeated very positive ratings from its employees. This is the seventh time in a row since 2018 that the company has secured the coveted title in the EDP/IT category. A total of around 4,000 medium-sized companies were honored – from over 210,000 pre-selected and 36,000 analyzed companies.
The coveted FOCUS “Top SME Employer” seal offers job seekers guidance in choosing the right employer for a successful career. The assessment criteria include fair pay, flexible working hours and an appreciative working atmosphere. FOCUS-Business developed the methodology for compiling the list of recommendations together with its research partner FactField, which collects, analyzes and processes the data. For the first time this year, employers with a particularly diverse corporate culture were also identified.
